American Whiskey

Classic cocktails: Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Paper Plane

Single Barrel

Drawn from just one cask, offering a unique flavor profile that can’t be exactly replicated.

High Rye

Offers the sweetness of corn with a spicy “kick” in the back of your throat finish.

Bottled-In-Bond

A government quality guarantee, ensuring the whiskey is the product of one distillation season, one distiller and aged at least four years at exactly 100 proof.

Wheated Bourbon

Soft, creamy and mellow profile compared to the spicy flavor of rye whiskey.

Tequila

Classic cocktails: Margarita, Paloma, Tequila Sunrise

Blanco

Pure agave flavor: crisp, peppery and citrusy

Reposado

Mellow with notes of honey and vanilla

Añejo

Complex with notes of caramel, chocolate and dried fruit

Rum

Classic cocktails: Daiquiri, Mojito, Mai Tai

Clear (Silver or White)
  • Usually unaged or slightly rested
  • Crisp and light-bodied with subtle notes of tropical fruit or grass
  • Best for high-energy cocktails with fruit
Spiced
  • Infused with botanicals like vanilla, cinnamon, clove and rosemary
  • Designed to be comforting and bold
  • Best for beginners or anyone looking for a "plug-and-play" option
Aged (Gold, Dark or Añejo)
  • Aged for years in charred oak barrels
  • Deep flavors of toffee, tobacco and leather
  • Best for sipping neat or creating "spirit-forward" cocktail

Vodka

Classic cocktails: Moscow Mule, Cosmopolitan, Espresso Martini

Corn
  • Has a faintly sweet, crisp and snappy finish
  • Best for a clean, classic martini or refreshing vodka soda
Wheat
  • Has a "creamy" or "bready" mouthfeel with a soft, velvety texture and very little "burn"
  • Best for sipping chilled or neat
Potato
  • Full-bodied, oily and rich with a slightly earthy, savory character
  • Best for a savory, heavy-duty Bloody Mary
Rye
  • The most "flavorful" type, offering a peppery, zesty and robust finish
  • Best for combining with bold mixers like ginger beer or fresh grapefruit

Gin

Classic cocktails: Negroni, Dry Martini, Gimlet

London Dry
  • Crisp, piney and juniper dominant
  • Flavors come from distillation with natural plant materials
  • No sweeteners or artificial flavors added after distillation
Plymouth
  • Smooth and earthy with rich mouthfeel
  • Historically made in Plymouth, England
  • Strong juniper flavor with root botanicals, like licorice and orris root
Contemporary
  • Floral and citrusy
  • Contains juniper but has limited piney flavor
  • Stronger botanical flavors, like cucumber, rose and citrus

Spirit-Based
  • Made from real vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey and more
  • Cleaner flavor and a true liquor “punch”
Wine-Based
  • Made from a base of fermented grapes or orange wine
  • Softer, fruitier profile
Malt-Based
  • Made from fermented grains, similar to beer, but stripped of “beer” flavor
  • Light, bubbly and budget-friendly
