Refunds & Returns

In-Store

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase. All refunds will be returned in the original form of payment at time of purchase.

  • Please purchase only what you need. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on products that are purchased in overabundance.
  • A receipt (paper or eReceipt through our Schnucks Rewards app) is required for any returns totaling over $10.
  • Seasonal merchandise may be ineligible for an exchange and/or refund.

Delivery & Curbside Pickup

Refunds for Schnucks Delivers (Delivery & Curbside Pickup) orders placed through the Schnucks Rewards app and Schnucks.com/shop are accepted within seven (7) days from the date the order was picked up or delivered. Refund reasons include:

  • Bad replacement item(s)
  • Wrong item(s)
  • Missing item(s)
  • Entire missing order
  • Damaged item(s)
  • Spoiled perishable(s)
  • Extra item(s)

Other refund exclusions may apply, including, but not limited to, gift card sales.
