Ingredients
- 3 limes, juiced
- 8 large mint leaves
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup coconut rum
- 1 1/4 cups Schnucks canned lite coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice, fill with mojito mixture and garnish with arils and mint leaves.
