Scorpion King Tiki Cocktail
One of the most popular tropical cocktails, no tiki party would be complete without a Scorpion King Tiki Cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. sweet white wine
- 2 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. amaretto
- 1/2 oz. brandy
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- lemon wedge, for garnish
- fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for garnishes in a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a tall cocktail glass and add garnishes.
