- 1 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- 0.5 oz. bitter Aperitivo
- 1 oz. pineapple juice, preferably fresh
- 0.5 oz. lime juice
- 0.5 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- fresh pineapple for garnish
Instructions
- In a rocks glass, add all ingredients with ice and stir.
