Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 0.5 oz. bitter Aperitivo
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice, preferably fresh
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • fresh pineapple for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a rocks glass, add all ingredients with ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple slice and frond.
