Fizzy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 6 oz. strawberry-flavored sparkling water, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée mango and yogurt until smooth. Add sparkling water; pulse in 1-second intervals until just combined. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with straws.
