Ingredients
- 12 Schnucks street-taco flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cup baked beef chimichanga filling (see notes)
- 1/4 cup Schnucks shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- 1/4 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray, press a tortilla into each cup and bake 10 minutes. Spoon 2 tablespoons beef filling into each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese has melted, about 10 minutes more. Garnish with cilantro and serve with yogurt.
