Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2.6 oz.) StarKist tuna
  • 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 whole avocado

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, red pepper, celery, green onion, garlic powder and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Evenly distribute the tuna salad atop the two avocado halves.
  4. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
