If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any Schnucks brand or Culinaria product, please call us at 800-264-4400 or bring it to the attention of any teammate at your neighborhood Schnucks.

Freshness Guarantee

We will gladly exchange or return perishable items if there is an issue related to quality or freshness. For all other perishable returns, once the item has left the store, we are no longer able to guarantee the safety of the product and therefore, we are unable to accept a return for that item.

Hot Herb Rotisserie Chicken Promise

If you don’t find any chicken in the case from 3 to 7 PM, talk to a Deli teammate. We’ll give you a voucher that you can use for a free chicken next time or apply to your Deli purchase today.*

*Offer only applies to hot herb rotisserie chicken. Temperature and fresh requirements are determined by our Deli processes. Excludes online orders. Kosher chicken is not included. This savings may only be applied to purchases from the Deli department.
