Schnucks Alerts Text Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Schnucks Alerts Text Program (“Program”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) and our general Terms of Use (which include limitations on your rights and remedies and of our liability), consent to our practices described herein and in our Privacy Notice and authorize Schnuck Markets, Inc.(“Schnucks” “us” “we” or “us”) to deliver, to the designated mobile phone number (registered or used to opt-in via short code), promotional and other text messages, including via an autodialer (i.e., automated dialing technology). You are not required to accept the Program Terms as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services and no purchase is necessary to subscribe to the Program. If you do agree, you consent to receiving up to four promotional Program texts per month unrelated to any request from you, plus promotional information we think you might like when we respond to your inquiries (e.g., we may send a catsup coupon when you ask what aisle the catsup is in). You understand and accept that descriptions of Program message caps (e.g., “up to promo alerts/mo”) refer to only caps on auto alert promotional messages that are not in response to an inquiry, and promotional information in responses to your inquires will not count towards the cap. In addition, you consent to unlimited, non-promotional, administrative messages (such as when you text the short code to join, or send us a HELP text or other inquiry or any unrecognized message and when we send you administrative messages such as if we change the short code). Your subscription auto-renews each month until you unsubscribe (i.e., STOP or opt-out).
