The Ultimate Grilled Brat

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil, divided
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 Schnucks beer bratwursts
- 6 brat buns
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium (350–375 degrees). In a large bowl, stir together bell pepper, onion, 1 tablespoon oil and the red wine vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
- In another bowl, toss together red cabbage, lemon juice and remaining oil. If desired, season with salt.
- Grill brats, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 12–15 minutes. Transfer to buns and top with bell pepper and red cabbage mixtures.
