Tacos Four Ways
Tacos Four Ways Give traditional taco night an exciting upgrade with seasoned steak and vibrant, globally inspired toppings tucked into warm flour tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef round steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Schnucks onion powder
- 1 tsp. Schnucks paprika
- 8 4.5-inch Schnucks street-taco flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss together steak, oil and seasonings until evenly coated. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add steak mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, 5–7 minutes or until steak is browned and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Transfer to a plate; cover to keep warm.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-low. Add 1 tortilla; cook 15 seconds per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Prepare desired topping variation. Serve immediately with steak mixture and tortillas.
Chef’s Tip: Taco night is the perfect way to use up odds and ends from the fridge. Try topping tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, crumbled or shredded cheese, fresh herbs, leftover roasted vegetables, a dollop of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
Chimichurri
In a food processor, pulse 1/2 cup fresh parsley, 4 garlic cloves, 1 quartered shallot, 3 tablespoons Culinaria Italian Table red wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons Schnucks crushed red pepper just until chopped. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in 1/2 cup Schnucks olive oil. Serve with tacos, 1/4 cup pickled red onion and 1/4 cup sliced jalapeño.
Loaded Street-Style
Bake 1 (8 oz.) package Crav’n seasoned fries according to package directions. Top tacos with fries, 4 tablespoons Schnucks pico de gallo, 4 tablespoons Schnucks guacamole, 4 tablespoons cotija cheese and chopped fresh cilantro.
Greek-Style With Whipped Feta
In a blender or food processor, blend together 8 oz. feta cheese, 3/4 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt and 1 garlic clove until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Serve with tacos, 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives, 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes and chopped fresh parsley.
