Ingredients

  • 4 cups Schnucks cut watermelon, chopped into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, gently toss together all ingredients until combined. Season with black pepper and additional salt, if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 1 hour.
