Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Schnucks ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks chili powder
  • 8 oz. Dietz & Watson smoked turkey breast
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, cut into large pieces
  • 1 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks cheddar cheese cubes
  • 8 metal or bamboo skewers
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks Hint-of-Lime tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, lime juice and chili powder until combined. Thread turkey, tomatoes, romaine, avocado and cheese onto skewers. Arrange skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with ranch-lime dressing. Serve sprinkled with tortilla chips.
