Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. medium red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 1 tsp. Schnucks paprika
- 1 tsp. Schnucks seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
Instructions
- In a greased slow cooker, stir together all ingredients. Cook, covered, until potatoes are tender, 2 1/2–3 hours on High or 4 1/2–5 hours on Low. Stir and serve hot.
