Simple Picnic Pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz.) pkg. Schnucks wagon-wheels pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups Schnucks mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks milk
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Schnucks sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Gently stir in pasta, carrot and celery until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days. Garnish with parsley before serving.
