Ingredients
- 1 (12oz.) pkg. Schnucks wagon-wheels pasta
- 2 1/2 cups Schnucks mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Schnucks milk
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. Schnucks sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Gently stir in pasta, carrot and celery until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days. Garnish with parsley before serving.
