Silly Power Muffins

These muffins use Kodiak protein-packed muffin mix and Chobani Greek yogurt for a protein boost. That means more energy to start the day right! Add candy eyes to make mealtime more fun for kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kodiak protein-packed double-dark-chocolate muffin mix
  • 1 (5.3 oz.) container Chobani Zero Sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. Core Power vanilla protein shake
  • 1 large Schnucks egg
  • 1/3 cup mashed bananas
  • 24 candy eyes (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, except the candy eyes, until well combined.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and fill each three-quarters full. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes before decorating with candy eyes.
