RITZ Chips Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Feeding a crowd for the game? Make this simple, sharable appetizer loaded with breaded chicken bites, Buffalo sauce and creamy mozzarella all on crunchy RITZ Chips.

RITZ Chips Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
  • 4 cups RITZ Toasted Chips Original
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook chicken tenders as directed on package. Transfer chicken to cutting board; spread evenly with 2 tablespoons of the buffalo wing sauce. Cut each chicken tender crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  3. Place RITZ Chips in single layer on pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray; top evenly with 1 cup of cheese, then chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with remaining Buffalo wing sauce; sprinkle with chives.

Substitutions
  1. Top with 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese and/or crumbled blue cheese just before serving.
  2. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions or 2 tablespoons sliced celery for the chopped chives.
  3. Prepare using 6 refrigerated breaded chicken strips, heated as directed on package, for the frozen chicken tenders.
