Rainbow Fruit Bagels

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Schnucks 1/3 less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- 4 Schnucks plain bagels, halved horizontally
- 1/2 cup assorted fruit
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth. On each bagel slice, spread 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture until evenly coated. Top with fruit. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 24 hours.
Tip: Turn leftovers into kabobs. Thread fruit and donut holes or mini bagels onto skewers for a fun, easy breakfast on the run.
