Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz.) cans Schnucks tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup Schnucks mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- 1 cup Schnucks snap peas
- 1 cup mini sweet peppers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, celery and red onion until combined. Divide mixture along with remaining ingredients among 4 airtight plastic containers. Refrigerate or keep chilled with ice packs up to 4 days until ready to serve.
