Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 cups leftover Parmesan Kale Salad (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Sauce, plus more for serving
  • 4 8-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together chicken, salad and peanut sauce; spread onto tortillas. Roll up, cut in half and serve with additional peanut sauce.
