Peanut Chicken Wraps
This super quick meal comes together with the help of leftover (or meal prepped) ingredients. It combines tangy, crunchy salad with rich peanut satay sauce and hearty chicken for the ultimate flavor and nutrition combination.

- 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 cups leftover Parmesan Kale Salad (see notes)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Sauce, plus more for serving
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together chicken, salad and peanut sauce; spread onto tortillas. Roll up, cut in half and serve with additional peanut sauce.
