Orange-Chile Marinade

Add a zesty kick to your grilled dishes! This marinade works well with shrimp, tofu or sausage and combines the bright citrus flavors of orange with the heat of chiles and garlic.

Orange-Chile Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
  • 1 medium navel orange, zested & juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Season with salt, if desired. Stir in desired protein or vegetables; let marinate, covered and refrigerated, at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
