One-Pan Honey-Garlic Kielbasa and Veggies
Keep dinner fast and affordable with this busy-night lifesaver. Sliced kielbasa roasts alongside baby potatoes, broccoli and red bell peppers, all tossed in a sweet and sticky honey-garlic glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. red baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. kielbasa, sliced
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Schnucks broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss together potatoes and oil until evenly coated. Spread onto prepared sheet pan and roast until slightly tender, about 10 minutes.
- In same large bowl, toss together kielbasa and remaining ingredients. Arrange in an even layer around potatoes. Continue roasting until vegetables are tender and kielbasa is browned at the edges, 15–18 minutes. Remove from oven and toss together before serving.
Chef tip: To meal prep, cook as described and refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 4 days. For best results, reheat mixture in the oven, skillet or air fryer at 350 degrees until hot and crisp, 4-6 minutes.
