No-Bake Pizza with Ricotta, Melon & Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Schnucks large ultra-thin pizza crust
  • 1/4 medium cantaloupe, sliced
  • 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder and black pepper. Spread mixture over pizza crust.
  2. Arrange cantaloupe, prosciutto and fresh basil leaves over pizza.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season to taste with salt and pepper.
