Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Schnucks large ultra-thin pizza crust
- 1/4 medium cantaloupe, sliced
- 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder and black pepper. Spread mixture over pizza crust.
- Arrange cantaloupe, prosciutto and fresh basil leaves over pizza.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season to taste with salt and pepper.
