Mango Pork Stir-Fry With Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup Schnucks long-grain white rice
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Schnucks pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 (16 oz.) bag Schnucks frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup Schnucks teriyaki sauce
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and pork. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides, 5–6 minutes.
- Stir in garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in vegetables; cook until heated through, 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in mango and teriyaki sauce. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, until combined and heated through, 2–3 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with hot rice.
