Ingredients
- 4 slices Schnucks Pane Italiano Bread
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, seeded & mashed
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 6 oz. Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 2-3 leaves butter lettuce
- 6 Schnucks sodium-free bread and butter pickle chips
Instructions
- Stir the avocado and Greek yogurt together; season with salt and pepper (if desired). Spread mixture onto slices of bread.
- Divide remaining ingredients onto two pieces of bread, top with remaining bread and cut in half.
