Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup Schnucks sugar
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. grated lemon zest
- dash of salt
- 8 tbsp. butter, cubed
- 1 Schnucks graham cracker crust
- 1 can Schnucks whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a small, heavy saucepan, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, zest and salt over medium heat until blended. Add butter; cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and coats the back of a spoon. Strain through a sieve and pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.Refrigerate leftovers. Top with Schnucks whipped cream.
