Kid-Friendly Protein Smoothies

Ingredients
- 3 cups Fairlife 2% milk
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks honey
Instructions
- In a blender, working in batches as needed, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, 45-60 seconds. Serve immediately.
Mango Power
- 2 cups mango
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites
Berries & Beans
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1/2 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Pink Cloud
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Chef tip: For busy mornings, freeze smoothies in ice trays at least 4 hours, then transfer to a zip-top plastic bag and return to freezer. Frozen cubes keep up to 30 days. When ready to use, blend 1 cup smoothie cubes with 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
