Kernel Season's Garlic Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. milk
  • 16 oz. Schnucks sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. Kernel Season's Garlic Parmesan popcorn seasoning
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (13.75 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/8 cups parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, Kernel Season's nacho cheddar seasoning and cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread into a pie pan or 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 cup parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and bubbly.
  6. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
