Kernel Season's Bruschetta
Our take on a classic Italian appetizer, made with fresh, juicy tomatoes, herbs, buttery olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Kernel Season's Olive Oil Movie Theater Butter Flavored Oil Blend
- 1 tbsp. Kernel Season's Pizza popcorn seasoning
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups roma tomatoes, diced
- french bread
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, seasoning, basil, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir in tomatoes and chill for at least 1/2 hour to let the flavors develop.
- Serve tomato mixture spooned over top of toasted French bread (see below), crackers or breadsticks.
For Toasted French Bread
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice bread into 1/4-inch slices. Drizzle or brush both sides with Kernel Season's Butter Olive Oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted golden brown, flipping bread halfway through. Remove from oven and set aside.
