5 Serving(s)

Ingredients
- 10 frozen pot stickers
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water, divided
- 2 tsp. Food Club cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. hot honey
- 1 tbsp. chili crisp sauce
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium. Add oil, then arrange pot stickers flat side down in skillet. Cook until bottoms are golden, 2–3 minutes. Carefully add 1/3 cup water, cover and continue cooking until dumplings are cooked through and most water has evaporated, about 4 minutes more.
- In a small bowl, stir together cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup water. Slowly pour mixture evenly into skillet, then gently swirl to coat bottom. Reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, until starch water has formed crisp edges, 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Cover skillet with a large plate and carefully invert to transfer dumplings to the plate. Drizzle with hot honey and chili sauce. Serve garnished with green onion.
