Honey, Yogurt & Granola Parfaits
Honey and yogurt make this parfait sweet and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nuts, such as pecans, walnuts or slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup Schnucks dried fruit, such as cranberries, cherries or raisins
- 1/4 cup Schnucks old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Schnucks honey
- 2 cups Schnucks low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 Fuji or Red Delicious apple
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine nuts, dried fruit and oats.
- In parfait glasses or dessert bowls, layer 2 tablespoons honey, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup nut mixture. Parfaits can be prepared to this point up to 2 hours in advance; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- With largest holes of box grater, grate unpeeled apple. Top each parfait with apple; serve immediately.
