Hawaiian Ham Sliders


  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 1/3 cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
  • 1/3 cup jarred pickled pepperoncini slices, with 1 tbsp. juice
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. sweet ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. Schnucks sliced Havarti cheese
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Schnucks onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with foil; halve buns horizontally and arrange on sheet pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sun-dried tomatoes, peperoncini juice and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread mixture on bun bottoms, then add ham, Havarti, peperoncini slices and bun tops.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Dijon and onion powder; brush over sliders. Bake, covered with foil, ten minutes. Uncover and continue baking until golden brown, five minutes more. Slice and serve immediately.
