Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
- 4 tsp. taco seasoning
- 12 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese, grated
- 2 limes, quartered
Instructions
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium–high heat. Add ground beef, using a spatula to crumble into pieces. Cook, stirring often, until starting to brown, about 8–10 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and stir well to combine. Cook 2–3 minutes, until beef is evenly browned.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to pan. Stir until combined, 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Serve taco meat in warmed corn tortillas. Top with tomatoes, red onion and cheese. Garnish with limes (if desired).
