Grilled Pork Chops With Charred-Peach Chutney

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 2 lbs.)
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil, divided
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high (375–400 degrees).
- Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and, if desired, season with salt and black pepper.
- Brush peaches with remaining oil and transfer cut sides down to grill rack. Grill until charred, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and dice.
- Grill pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 4 minutes per side.
- In a medium bowl, toss together peaches with remaining ingredients until fully combined. Serve with chops.
