Grilled Peach Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Schnucks whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 Schnucks ultra-thin pizza crust (from a 10 oz. pkg.)
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • cracked black pepper, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high (375–400 degrees).
  2. Dollop small spoonfuls of ricotta evenly across crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan and top with peaches and bacon. Grill, lid closed, until bottom is crisp, 10–15 minutes. Serve topped with arugula and balsamic glaze and garnished with pepper.
