Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) loaf Schnucks French bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 4 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high (375–400 degrees).
- Arrange bread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 3 tbsp. oil and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. Transfer bread oiled sides down from sheet pan directly onto grill rack. Grill until toasted, about 1 minute per side, then transfer to a plate.
- Rub Brie rind with remaining oil and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an indirect-heat rack in grill, away from direct heat. Grill, carefully turning once to avoid breaking rind, until warm and gooey inside, 2–3 minutes per side.
- Transfer Brie to a serving plate, top with berries, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with basil. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
