Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Schnucks dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks pitted olives

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together chicken, lemon juice and oregano. Divide mixture along with remaining ingredients among 4 airtight plastic containers. Refrigerate or keep chilled with ice packs up to 4 days until ready to serve.
