Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks dried oregano
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Schnucks roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup Schnucks pitted olives
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together chicken, lemon juice and oregano. Divide mixture along with remaining ingredients among 4 airtight plastic containers. Refrigerate or keep chilled with ice packs up to 4 days until ready to serve.
