Garlicky Butter-Kissed Salmon With Beans
A complete meal made in a single pan, this dish features flaky salmon and tender cannellini beans coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 4 (4 oz.) skin-on salmon filets
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can Schnucks cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Zest and juice 1 lemon. Cut remaining lemon into wedges for garnish.
- Pat salmon dry and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add salmon skin side down; sear until golden and internal temperature reaches 135 degrees, 3β4 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium. Stir butter and garlic into skillet. Cook until fragrant, 20β30 seconds. Stir in lemon zest and juice, beans and water. Simmer 3β5 minutes. Return salmon to skillet until warmed. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
