Ingredients
- 4 large local tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded if desired
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, stems removed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Pulse on high power until desired texture is reached.
- Serve on tacos, spice up your morning eggs or simply use as a dip for Schnucks tortilla chips.
