Creamy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened Schnucks cream cheese
  • 6 oz. Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Add Greek yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth. Transfer to a small serving dish and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit.
