Creamy Italian-Sub Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Schnucks mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. Schnucks Italian seasoning
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini slices
- 8 oz. Schnucks hard salami, sliced
- 7 oz. Dietz & Watson pre-sliced turkey, chopped
- 8 slices Schnucks provolone cheese, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning until well blended. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
Chef tip: For a tangier dressing, substitute pepperoncini brine for the red wine vinegar.
