Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Schnucks low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Full Circle organic chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. Full Circle 100% maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Schnucks vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks classic granola, crushed
- 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries)
Instructions
- In a blender, add cottage cheese, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth, 30β60 seconds.
- Divide granola among 2 jars and top each with 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture. Top with berries and enjoy.
