Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Schnucks canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Schnucks canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Schnucks canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp. red onion, minced
- 1 lime, juiced (about 2 tbsp. juice)
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add beans, bell pepper, cilantro and red onion. Drizzle with lime juice and oil. Toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Serve warm or cold.
