Classic Grilled Steak and Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. eye of round steak
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 large Schnucks eggs
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, Worcestershire, Dijon and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Pour into a 1-gallon zip-top plastic bag. Add steaks and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high (400–450 degrees).
- Discarding marinade, lightly pat steaks with a paper towel, then grill 2–3 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest while preparing eggs.
- Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet set on a grill rack. Crack in eggs and cook until whites have set and started to crisp and yolks are slightly runny, 3–5 minutes.
- Slice steak thinly against the grain and serve with eggs.
