Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. eye of round steak
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 large Schnucks eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Schnucks butter

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, Worcestershire, Dijon and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Pour into a 1-gallon zip-top plastic bag. Add steaks and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill to high (400–450 degrees).
  3. Discarding marinade, lightly pat steaks with a paper towel, then grill 2–3 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest while preparing eggs.
  4. Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet set on a grill rack. Crack in eggs and cook until whites have set and started to crisp and yolks are slightly runny, 3–5 minutes.
  5. Slice steak thinly against the grain and serve with eggs.
