Classic Fish Sandwich
This Classic Fish Sandwich features a crispy battered fish filet, creamy coleslaw and crunchy vegetables, all served on a soft brioche bun. It’s quick and easy to make, but tastes like a decadent treat meal!

Ingredients
- 2 cups tri-color coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 16 oz. frozen battered fish fillets
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 Schnucks brioche hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together coleslaw, mayonnaise, lemon juice and parsley. Let stand, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook fish according to package directions. Divide fish, coleslaw, tomatoes, red onion and lettuce among buns. Serve immediately.
