Cheese-Stick Taquitos
These Cheese-Stick Taquitos come together with just four ingredients, getting crispy and melty in the air fryer. They’re cheesy and hearty, perfect as a main dish in your child’s lunchbox.

Ingredients
- 8 six inch flour tortillas
- 8 slices deli chicken
- 8 Food Club string-cheese sticks
- 1 tsp. Tajín seasoning, divided
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Top tortillas with a slice of chicken and a cheese stick; sprinkle with Tajín seasoning and roll up tightly. Place taquitos seam side down on sheet pan or other washable surface and spray with cooking spray. Do not spray directly into air fryer.
- Transfer taquitos seam side down to fryer basket. Cook, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown, 7–10 minutes. Let cool and add to lunch box.
No air fryer?
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. At the end of Step 2, place taquitos on sheet pan seam side down and bake, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown, 7–10 minutes.
