This recipe is one-in-a-melon.
- 1 whole Cantaloupe, halved, seeded and chopped
- 3 oz. St. Germain liqueur
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 oz. white wine
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until desired consistency
- Divide between two tall glasses and serve immediately.
