Butter-Lime Charred Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz.) bag frozen Schnucks super-sweet whole-kernel gold corn
  • 3 tbsp. Schnucks butter
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced (about 3/4 tsp. zest and 2 tbsp. juice)
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp. chili crisp
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium. Add corn in an even layer; cook until beginning to char, 4–5 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in butter until melted and corn is coated. Stir in lime zest, lime juice and salt until combined.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with chili crisp and garnish with cilantro.
