Ingredients
- 8 oz. farfalle (bow tie) pasta
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Schnucks grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Schnucks Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking. Strain and rinse with cold water until just cooled.
- In a large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
