Bow Tie Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking. Strain and rinse with cold water until just cooled.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
